They have upgraded the rooms they look way better then before so that was a plus for the price its a good deal I was able to check in late at 1am and there was someone to great me. You get a mini fridge with a microwave its nice you can have some ice cold drinks after the lake. Freindly staff they gave us fresh clean towels every day with out even requesting which was nice after comming from the lake. If your on a budget its a cool spot to stay. Lots of food close bye close to the launches its in a great spot.

Convenient location. The room was clean. The TV and air conditioning/heating units were excellent. All amenities worked well. This was my second time in 4 weeks staying at this property in Lake Havasu. Both stays were very good.

That it was easy to get to, and the room was clean. I enjoyed the fact that the lake was right there.

The price was great. The check in and check out process fast and easy. The employees were great. Refrigerator and microwave and even a stove top was in the room. Nice flat screen tv. Very convenient boat parking also.

Didn't eat breakfast but the location is great. The place sits just outside of town with most everything just 5 to 7 minutes away.
